Joey Franchize is a Hartford-based hip-hop DJ and producer with a soulful touch and a dynamic mixing technique that infuses new with timeless. One of the newest members of Hartford’s #1 station for Hip-Hop & R&B, WZMX Hot 93.7, Franchize’s trademark elements of Hip-Hop, R&B, Top 40, Reggae and Latin music bring a unique vibe to his artistic presentation. Whether on the radio airways as part of 93.7‘s “Friday Night Flavas”, “On-Air Idiots Show”, his Saturday night show “The Chamber” or as producer/webpage manager for Hot 93.7’s Jenny Boom Boom, Joey infuses his powerful style and energetic personality.

Franchize has developed a cult following as a regularly featured DJ in Connecticut, New York & Massachusetts’ premiere nightclubs and is also the official DJ for Uconn Huskies Football & Basketball teams. He has worked with and DJ’d for artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, Curren$y, New Boyz, Machine Gun Kelly, J. Cole, Cyhi Tha Prynce, Big Sean, Yelawolf and Red Cafe while also managing his blog for www.joeyfranchize.com.
